  1. The Spare Brush function lets you keep 2 custom brushes ready to use.
  2. `Select Brush to Spare to copy the current custom brush to the Spare Brush.
  3. Select Brush->Spare to copy the current custom brush to the Spare Brush.
  4. Now you can pick up another brush without losing the first one.
  5. `Brush & Spare swop lets you switch between the two brushes.
  6. Brush<->Spare lets you switch between the two brushes.
  7. The Metamorph function automatically creates an animbrush from the two brushes.
  8. `Just spessify the number of frames, or steps, you want in the metamorph.

  10. The animbrush will then be created on a separate screen from the main picture.

  13. Now we have an animbrush that transforms from the first shape into the second.
  14. Painting with this brush, causes it to flip through its different frames.
  15. We'll demonstrate how to actually work with animbrushes in other lessons.
  16. For now, keep in mind that Metamorph transforms between brush shape AND color.
  17. Also, remember the keyboard equivalents: Alt-n, copies to the Spare Brush,
  18. Alt-b, switches the current and spare brushes, and Alt-m activates Metamorph.
  19.
